The Zündapp Z 22 is a historic motorcycle model introduced in 1922 and one of the first motorcycles produced by the Zündapp factory. With a 211 cc single-cylinder, four-stroke engine producing approximately 2.5 hp, the Z 22 was a simple yet reliable vehicle capable of a top speed of approximately 60 km/h. The motorcycle was known for its robust construction and easy handling, making it particularly popular with novice riders and commuters. Equipped with a belt drive, the Z 22 represented an important step in Zündapp's development as a major motorcycle manufacturer. Today, the Zündapp Z 22 is a rare collector's item and a symbol of the beginnings of the German motorcycle industry in the 1920s.
