General Terms and Conditions (GTC) & Cancellation Policy

  1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) via our online shop.

  2. The purchase contract is concluded with: STIFTUNG PS.SPEICHER, Tiedexer Tor 3a, 37574 Einbeck, represented by board member Jan Kalbfleisch, VAT ID: DE 277821519. The products presented in the shop do not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the "Order with payment" button, customers submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as the order is confirmed by us via email.

  3. All prices include VAT. Shipping costs may vary depending on the product weight and will be clearly stated during the ordering process.

  4. Delivery usually takes place within 5 business days. Deviating delivery times are indicated on the respective product page. Shipping is only possible within Germany.

  5. The following payment methods are available: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and credit card. Offsetting or retention is only possible for claims that have been legally established or recognized by us.

  6. The delivered goods remain the property of STIFTUNG PS.SPEICHER until full payment has been made.

  7. The statutory warranty rights apply.

  8. Unlimited liability applies to:
    - Damage to life, body or health due to intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
    - Product liability cases.

  9. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damages. Otherwise, no claim for damages exists.
  10. All image rights are held by the PS.SPEICHER Foundation or its partners. Any use requires express consent.

  11. The contract text is stored internally. Customers receive a confirmation email with the terms and conditions and order details. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer available online after completion.

  12. The contract language is German.

  13. Consent from website visitors is only valid if they are at least 16 years old.

  14. We assume no responsibility for the content of linked external websites. The following applies to all external links on www.ps-speicher.de/shop : We expressly distance ourselves from their content and do not adopt it as our own.
