Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason .

The period begins on the day on which the goods were received – by the person placing the order himself or by a person authorized by him (other than the transport service provider).

You are welcome to use our sample form, but it is not mandatory. What is crucial is that the cancellation is sent before the deadline expires.

Consequences of revocation

After receiving your cancellation, we will refund all payments received – including delivery costs (except for more expensive preferred shipping methods) – within 14 days at the latest.

The refund will be made using the same method as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed. There will be no additional costs for the refund.

Refunds may be withheld until we receive the goods back or until we receive proof of return, whichever comes first.

The goods must be returned no later than 14 days after the cancellation. The shipping date is decisive for the deadline. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Any loss of value only has to be compensated if it is due to use that goes beyond testing the properties and function.

There is no right of withdrawal in the following cases:

- Goods that have been individually manufactured according to customer requirements (e.g. special dimensions, special print designs).
- Sealed audio or video recordings if the seal has been removed after delivery.
