The 1968 Dodge Charger R/T is one of the most iconic muscle cars in history and a showcase of the golden era of American performance vehicles. The R/T (Road/Track) trim was the performance-oriented variant and came standard with a 440-cubic-inch Magnum V8 engine producing 375 hp. The legendary 426 HEMI V8 with 425 hp was available as an option, transforming the Charger into a true street rocket.
The 1968 Charger's design set a benchmark with its distinctive Coke bottle shape, hidden grille, "hidden" pop-up headlights, and distinctive round taillights. Inside, the Charger R/T offered sporty details like bucket seats and a center console that provided an upscale driving experience.
The 1968 Charger R/T became known worldwide through its role in films such as Bullitt and The Fast and the Furious and is now a sought-after collector's item that perfectly combines power and style.
