The Horch 830 was a luxury executive car produced from 1933 to 1940 by the German automobile brand Horch, part of Auto Union. It was one of Horch's most successful models and was offered in several versions, including sedans, convertibles, and coupes. The Horch 830 was equipped with a 3.0-liter V8 engine, initially producing approximately 60 hp. Later, more powerful variants such as the 830 BL and 830 B were introduced, with displacements up to 3.5 liters and outputs of 75 hp.
The 830 was distinguished by its elegant design, high-quality materials, and luxurious interior. It offered a high level of comfort for its time and was extremely popular with wealthy customers and the upper class. Technically, the 830 impressed with its smooth running and reliability, while with a top speed of approximately 120 km/h, it was also well-suited for longer cross-country journeys.
Today, the Horch 830 is a rare and treasured classic car that exemplifies the luxury and craftsmanship of the pre-war era. It is often admired at classic car events and in collections.
